In theory the process begins by addessing the desing of what you want to make. Nevertheless we start the process ten years before.The cutting, drying and selection to be stored in our store-room. We have two ways of constructing a guitar: the traditional Spanish School , which starts from the union of the neck with the soundboard,and using individual blocks to hold the sides to the ribs. The othe being, where we start from the union of the ribs to the neck and by linings, we put together the back and the soundboard.Some time ago, we built the main box first, useing an interior block and then adding the neck by doing a kite-joint. Generally we use hot glue for nearly all the unions, but for some parts that require a different treatment, we have to use a synthetic-glue.

For a better sound and protection, we use french polish, (alcohol-varnish), applied slowly and with many,many layers.A proccess that takes aproximately two months, while protecting the instrument and maintaining its sound quality.
